Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council (GSACPC) is a non-profit organization serving nearly 25,000 girls across central and northern Arizona. As the nation’s premier leadership organization for girls, Girl Scouts seeks to build girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.

The Whiteman Foundation’s investment will help fund the renovation of Camp Sombrero at the base of South Mountain, transforming it into the Leadership Center for Girls and Women. This is part of the Campaign for Girls, aiming to reach 10,000 more girls, train 4,000 more volunteers, and increase innovative programming, making Girl Scouting available to every girl.
